Dr Abdel-Aziz was extremely helpful and understanding. I felt he listened to what I was saying and spent time explaining procedures and outcomes. He was aware of my concerns and did everything possible to allay the worries. I have no hesitation at all in saying there is very little that could be done to improve the service received.
